Fee options

A few of our clients elect the retainer option, a monthly fee with a prescribed set of services.  This works well for clients that have a variety of needs and the desire to have ongoing attention.

Hourly billings work for clients with less defined projects for which a firm scope of work cannot be specified.  The hourly arrangement typically includes some boundary conditions to insure that the client clearly understands the work.

The firm fixed price is negotiated and the client receives a quote prior to any work being initiated. This fee structure is used by most clients whether it is a single PI grant or a large multi-PI proposal.  An on-boarding fee may be applied as part of the assessment.
