SFC believes that a productive collaborative relationship begins with understanding your PI or your team's needs.  Initial discussions focus on the intent of the group and the target of their pursuit of funding.  SFC has experience with virtually every Federal funding agency and an informed understanding of how foundations and the private-sector function

The core of the SFC process is presubmission reviews.  It is an iterative process which begins with very early drafts and continues to through final versions.  After each detailed written review, SFC will meet with the PI or the group to review the comments to insure they are clear and actionable.  

The overall process is designed to insure that the client experience is collaborative and not adversarial.  While SFC prides itself in being blunt but objective the goal is to make the proposal and the PI better.  The process is not anonymous but geared to provide the client with an informed opinion that is clear but frank.

The research enterprise is a complex process that begins with either the identification of an opportunity or a great idea.  For larger multiple PI or institutional proposal the complexity of the problem increases.  SFC has the toolbox for helping to facilitate this process allowing teams to nucleate and advance.  From ideation to strategic planning SFC can help.
